1. Returns
We at Themark.lv are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item should not be listed under the “Non-Returnable Items” section (see section 3).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
d. Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return reaches us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return as outlined in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
